Carbon steel (Ck67)
- used for all DIN 2093 disc springs with t < 1 mm.
Chromium-vanadium in accordance with DIN EN 10132-4 (51CrV4)
- used for all DIN 2093 disc springs with t > 1 mm
- used with a modulus of elasticity E = 206,000 N/mm2 and a Poisson coefficient ´ü = 0.3
Material 1.1231
- carbon steel
- operating temperature up to 80 °C max.
Material 1.1248
- carbon steel
- operating temperature up to 80 °C max.
Material 1.4310
- V2a stainless spring steel
- heat-resistant, but not to be used above 150 °C
Material 1.4568
- V4a stainless spring steel
- heat-resistant up to 350 °C
