What is the maximum force achieved by Wave Spring Washers?

In our table the force F1 is given for approx. 50% of the unstressed height Lo. In the case of static application and a flat position, one can assume that the maximum force is double the value shown for all parts with 3 waves.

• With a parallel arrangement one achieves twice the force
• All parts with more than 3 waves lengths below L1 should be avoided
